1. Services and Scope


Wipe-Out Pest Control LLC provides professional structural pest control, termite inspections and treatments, rodent exclusion, and wildlife removal.


  • Forensic Inspection: Our services begin with a forensic evaluation to identify entry points and harborage areas.
  • No-Contract Model: We primarily operate on a per-service basis. While we provide recurring maintenance schedules, we do not require long-term legal contracts to initiate service.
  • Access to Property: You agree to provide our technicians safe access to the interior and exterior of the property at the scheduled time of service.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee


We stand behind the quality of our work. If the targeted pests return within the specified guarantee period for your particular service (as noted on your service ticket), we will return to retreat the area at no additional cost.


  • Refund Policy: If we are unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable number of follow-up treatments, we may, at our discretion, reimburse your service fee.

3. SMS and Communication Policy


By providing your mobile phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS/Text communications from Wipe-Out Pest Control LLC.


  • Purpose: These messages include appointment reminders, service updates, lead-to-SMS alerts via Zapier, and emergency dispatch notifications.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying "STOP."
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Wipe-Out Pest Control LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

4. Payments and Billing


  • Invoicing: Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) and local payment methods as authorized.
  • Late Fees: Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees or collection efforts in accordance with Texas law.

5. Limitation of Liability


While Wipe-Out Pest Control LLC utilizes professional-grade materials and forensic techniques, we cannot guarantee that pests will never return due to environmental factors or structural changes beyond our control.


  • Property Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage caused by pests (e.g., termite damage, chewed wires) found during or after our inspection.
  • Chemical Safety: We utilize TDA and EPA-approved materials. Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the technician regarding reentry times for children and pets.

6. Licensing and Compliance
